I am 100kg and do mostly road & flat track riding. Can anyone around similar size tell me where there happiest with the settings ie rebound, compression on stock forks?

I had my suspension done a few weeks ago. set up for 100kgs. H.duty front & rear springs and also re valved. then all set to weight. Best thing I have done to the bike. It is like riding a different bike all together. Well worth the cash.

I have been reading a lot about that you should put in heavier springs. Where would be the best place in qld near brisbane or toowoomba to get this done?
